  1. Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong), when collecting, storing, using, and transmitting personal data, Forex Forest Limited or any of its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, websites, or media platforms (referred to as "the Company") will respect your statutory privacy rights. This Personal Data Privacy Policy (referred to as "this Policy") sets out the purposes for which the Company uses privacy or personal data.

The Company will keep the data of the data subject confidential and ensure that its policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access of personal data comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

    1. This notice sets out the information of Forex Forest Limited (referred to as the "Company") data policy (referred to as "this Policy").

      2. Carrying out the maintenance of your membership as a member of the Company;
      3. Establishing/determining membership benefits for Company members;
      4. Promotional notifications and other services;
      5. Updates on course plans, systems, and product information;
      6. Internal research and analysis, including the development of course-related needs, services, and product information or gifts by the Company;
      7. Ensuring the daily operation of services, systems, and products;
      8. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys;
      9. Market promotion of the latest news;
      10. Notifying you of joint promotions or charity events with charitable organizations or non-profit organizations;
      11. Any other purposes related to the above.
  3. Personal Information Statement
    1. Prior to using our products and systems, we will request that you submit/provide your Hong Kong identity card or other identification documents to verify your true identity and record the identity card number. The purpose of collecting personal data is to verify membership for redeeming offers. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each offer for details. If you fail to present the original identity card or relevant supporting documents, we reserve the right to deny you access to our services, systems, or products. We do not accept the use of another person's information. According to Section 7AA of the Registration of Persons Ordinance, it is a criminal offense for any person to transfer their identity card to another person without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.
    2. You may be required to provide identifiable personal information from time to time, IBNLT your name, gender, age, identity document number, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, address, email address, education level, occupation, interests, and preferences. If you refuse to provide such information, it may hinder us from providing appropriate services to you.
  4. Data Retention
    1. This policy is for the purpose of personal data collection, and under any circumstances, the company has the right to retain the relevant information permanently or for a reasonable period. You acknowledge that the personal data provided may be used and retained by the company for the following purposes:
      1. As required by law;
      2. With your consent to the company;
      3. To provide products and services to you;
      4. For the company's processing systems and product services;
      5. For service fee payments.
    2. In the course of performing our duties, we may, within the limits permitted by law, match and compare any personal data obtained for the above purposes or any reasonable purposes with data held by government agencies, regulatory bodies, securities exchanges, corporations, organizations, or individuals in Hong Kong and overseas, for the purpose of verification.
  5. Access to Personal Information
    1. Visitors may contact the company via email or messaging to request access to your personal data in written form. The company will process your request in accordance with Section 19(1) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If the company is unable to complete the access process within 40 days, you will receive written notification of the actual timeline for the access process. Please note that under Section 20(3e) of the ordinance, if you fail to or refuse to make the access request in written form, the company reserves the right to reject your access request. According to Section 28 of the ordinance, the company may charge a reasonable fee to the requester for accessing the data. However, if you are genuinely accessing the personal data for the purpose of making reasonable corrections, the company may consider waiving such fees.
  6. Correction of Personal Data
    1. Visitors may contact the company via email or messaging to request the correction of your personal data and provide the accurate information for correction. You must ensure that the submitted data is accurate and correct. Otherwise, the company may charge a reasonable fee to the requester for accessing the data. If the company's staff has doubts about the requested modification, the company reserves the right to refuse processing the application. If the data is accurate and correct, the company will correct your personal data within 40 days of receiving your request, as stipulated in Section 23 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Similarly, if the company is unable to complete the correction process within 40 days, you will receive written notification of the actual timeline for the correction process.
    2. The application only applies to the correction of personal data and does not include any of the following data contents:
      1. Opinion data used solely for evaluative purposes;
      2. Any examination, examination scripts, and examination results conducted by educational institutions prior to the release of the examination results;
      3. Personal data of beneficiaries solely used for trust administration;
      4. Personal data solely used for arbitration or mediation proceedings handled by arbitration or mediation bodies;
      5. Documents related to litigation if all proceedings related to the litigation are not yet completed;
      6. Derived personal data; and
      7. Purposes related to the above.
  7. Security
    1. The personal data provided by you to the company will be securely stored within the company's website system and can only be accessed by authorized personnel. The website system will encrypt and securely store the data in real-time, and only authorized and trained employees will be granted access to such information. The company will keep all relevant personal data confidential and store it on the company's computer servers. The company will ensure that its employees comply with all practices relating to personal data and security. To prevent data theft and unauthorized access, the computer servers will also regularly perform data backups and system updates.

In the course of fulfilling its responsibilities, the company may, to the extent permitted by law, match, compare, convert, or exchange any personal data provided by customers or subsequently obtained with data held by government agencies, other regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, companies, organizations, or individuals in Hong Kong and overseas for the purpose of data verification.

    2. Access the personal data held by the company within a reasonable timeframe;
