If you have any conflicts of interest with the Company during the period from the start of using the services or products until the end (including but not limited to the duration of online or offline courses until the completion of the course), such as independently teaching related courses outside of the Company's courses (IBNLT online or offline forex courses, fully automated trading courses, semi-automated trading courses, manual trading courses, etc.), the Company has the right to immediately terminate your membership in the Company's courses, as well as your access to the Company's trading programs, products, and other services, without further notice or refund.
   6. You understand that the Company's courses may involve various types of learning exchanges or activities, and you may choose to purchase any necessary accident insurance for yourself or third parties according to your personal needs during the course. You shall bear all expenses incurred by any accidents caused by you to third parties.
3. Service Amendment
   1. You agree that the Company has the right to temporarily or permanently modify any online or offline course services/products without further notice. The Company shall not be held responsible for any third-party claims regarding modifications, suspensions, or interruptions.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
   1. The website and communication channels of the Company provide general information about various types of services, products, and activities. The Company endeavors to ensure the accuracy of this information but makes no express or implied statements, representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy and appropriateness of the information for any specific circumstances.    3. The trading software used during the course, provided by the Company (excluding permanent licenses), remains the property of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered directly or indirectly by any other person due to any act, omission, or negligence.
   4. In general, no adjustments or transfers to other classes will be accepted after your enrollment application. If you have any personal reasons to apply for a transfer, you must submit a written application or send an email at least 14 working days before the official start of the course. The Company will review the case and respond to the application by email. You must provide valid reasons and relevant supporting documents. If any false information or suspicion is discovered by the Company's staff, the application will not be approved without further notice.
   5. In any circumstances where the Company's services or products cannot be used due to website or Company maintenance, severe weather conditions, accidents, illnesses, personal reasons, or other reasons, all fees paid will not be refunded. You will not be entitled to any refund or compensation and shall not raise any objections.
   6. During offline course sessions, in the event of seasonal flu, epidemic outbreaks, or any large-scale contagious diseases in the society or region, the Company will take any necessary measures or decisions based on the guidance of the health authorities and the actual situation. The Company shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the aforementioned situations.
   7. You acknowledge that the Company has the right to immediately and permanently terminate your use of its services or products for any violation of any relevant terms and conditions (whether online, offline, verbal, or written).
5. Intellectual Property
   1. This website, related communications, and the platforms providing services, as well as all data, text, music, sounds, photos, images, software, videos, information, or other materials displayed or provided in the educational courses ("Content"), are owned by the Company or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, service marks/trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws.
